Have you visited L&E Research’s Denver facility?
Our location in Denver is just one of our many national market research facilities. Based in the Rock Island building in downtown Denver’s LoDo neighborhood, we’re a short walk from Union Station, Larimer Square, and the 16th Street Mall. Just because you’re in Denver for market research, it doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the city has to offer! Try to catch a live concert at Red Rocks amphitheater, take a walk down Pearl Street in Boulder, or travel west to spend some time in the Rocky Mountains. Colorado has something for everyone.
Our stunning Denver facility features many of the original building’s characteristics, such as reclaimed wood and brick wall aesthetics. We occupy the ground floor and basement level of The Rock Island building, and our facility features four research suites with viewing rooms via two-way mirror or closed-circuit. Our suites vary in size – whether you want to conduct a small focus group or one-on-one interviews in an intimate setting, or you need to run a large quantitative taste test or mock jury, our Denver facility has a room that is appropriately sized to fit your research needs. The facility was recently fully rewired, and we’ve upgraded the A/V equipment to offer the highest quality HD Video Streaming and Recording options.
The three ground floor suites are perfect for executing traditional qualitative research. The basement level boasts a large open floor plan, ideal for conducting mock juries or quantitative sensory tests. The Mile High suite on the basement level has a large room with two-way mirror for viewing and a detached client lounge. The Sensory space includes: a 16-ft. wet bar with seating for up to eight panelists – suitable for beverage or snack testing; and a full consumer and commercial kitchen, including stainless steel prep tables, ovens/stovetops and microwaves, freezers/refrigerators, and the electrical capacity to run multiple appliances concurrently. Fully customizable seating is available to suit your research needs, seating up to 50 panelists theater style, or 24 with desks and laptops/tablets for collecting survey data. You can click here to learn more about L&E Denver’s Sensory Space and Test Kitchen capabilities.
If this wasn’t enough to convince you to come and visit us, The Rock Island building also has a rich history, starting as a factory for Studebaker buggies and carriages in the 1800’s. Keep your eyes peeled for a faded Studebaker mural, painted in 1883, which is considered the oldest existing mural in the city! Opening on Halloween 1986, the Rock Island nightclub is famous for great parties and live musical performances by Skinny Puppy, Soundgarden, The Flaming Lips, The Jonas Brothers, and many more during its 20-year tenure.
So, what are you waiting for? Our Denver research facility is primed and ready for all your research needs – come by and see what both L&E and the beautiful city of Denver has to offer.
