Adam brings over 25 years of market research industry experience across Sales, Client Services, Strategy and Marketing. He joined L&E Research in 2024 as Vice President of Business Development with a focus on leveraging its expanding capabilities to a broader portfolio of clients across Enterprise and Insights Agencies. Adam currently serves on the Insights Association – West Board of Directors, holds an MBA degree from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Steven has been working in web development since 2004, and in a senior developer role since 2010. Much of his experience has been spent developing heavily data-driven web applications across a variety of industries, including education, distribution, health care, and market research. Steven has always maintained a focus on quality and data integrity. Outside of work, Steven is usually spending time with his family. In the evening, he likes to wind down playing video games. Steven lifts weights and exercises regularly to help clear his mind and stay healthy. When time permits, Steven can be found tinkering with RC cars and running them around the yard.

DeAnna joined L&E Research in 2023 in the Human Resources Department. She quickly grasped the department and company’s culture and needs. In just a short time, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager. DeAnna loves all aspects of Human Resources. She is passionate about helping employees in any way possible. Ruby Collier

Ruby joined the L&E Research finance team in 2019 and has enjoyed learning as much as possible about the market research industry. A former accounts receivable assistant and then a school teacher, she was ready to leave the classroom behind and return to the world of finance. April is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an Associates degree in Biblical Studies. She is a longstanding employee of L&E Research, having worked as a recruiter, an onsite Client Services Representative, a Finance Admin, Manager, and Director. As L&E’s current Director of HR and Compliance, this role aligns with her passion for order and people.

Angelique Williams

Recruitment Operations Manager

Angelique holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology and started her career in the CJ field immediately after graduation. She enjoyed working in court rooms, County Jails, law libraries and she even did some fascinating research on death row in Tennessee with professors from Northeastern. Her career took some turns and eventually ended up in therapeutic Foster Care Services. She eventually left her career to take care of two boys and homeschool. Angelique’s first love is traveling (anywhere new), she enjoys playing the piano, reading (especially WWII historical fiction) and making huge pots of spaghetti and baking lasagna (because she is Italian and that’s what Italians do).

Amanda Roush

Amanda has been working in the market research industry since 2018. Prior to the market research industry, she worked in the medical field after receiving her Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding. Amanda is now a programming manager and has such a love for what she does. She loves managing her team and helping in any way that she can. Every day is so different, and it helps keep things exciting! Amanda grew up in Columbus, Ohio where she still resides today with her beautiful, blended family. She enjoys spending time with her kids and other family members. The mountains and beach are her favorite get-away locations. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, walking, and being outdoors.

Hayley Goren

Hayley began her market research career in 2015 as a Recruiter, advancing to project management. Passionate about social media marketing and SEO, she excelled in database development at L&E Research, employing new and innovative strategies. Hayley thrives on surpassing expectations and achieving remarkable outcomes. Hayley is a devoted mother of four and an autism advocate. Inspired by her oldest child’s autism diagnosis, Hayley embarked on a personal mission to support not only her own family but also the autism community. As an advocate, her goal is to offer hope and guidance to families facing similar challenges.

Angela Steed

Angela has been in market research and with L&E since 2013, and prior to that, she spent over eight years as a relocation consultant, where her customer service background in relocating employees helped tremendously in the market research world. When not working, Angela enjoys yoga, running, biking, getting involved with her community, working with her church youth group and spending time with her husband, two children and their pet Cockapoo.

Heather White

Health Research Project Manager

Heather has been working in the market research industry since 2019. Prior to market research, Heather has an extensive medical background, working as a bedside nurse for over 17 years. She specializes in orthopedic and urology pre and post-op care. Heather also helped to form the first pain chapter of the Sandhills, helping to educate medical professionals on proper pain management and patient education. Heather is a native of North Carolina. She was born and raised near Raleigh, NC. She has one daughter that is the love of her life and an amazing husband. She enjoys gardening, cooking, fishing, interior decorating and animals of all kinds.

Jessica Ossege

Health Research Project Manager

Jessica has been working in the market research industry since 2019. She started as a Recruiter and worked her way up to Project Manager. She takes personal interest in every project she is given. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. They enjoy going to movies, concerts and hiking. She is also an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds.

Portia is a people-centered individual who joined L&E in January 2020 as a part-time recruiter. She has a passion for exceptional customer service, fostering positive interactions, and supporting company goals. With a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Operations from the University of South Florida and over 15 years of customer service experience in various industries, Portia is committed to delivering top-notch service with every project that comes her way.

Danielle Brown

Health Research Project Manager

Danielle has been with L&E Research since September 2021, originally starting as a Client Service Representative. Since then, she started as a Medical Project Manager in August of 2023. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from MSU Denver in 2021. She has always had an interest in the medical field, and working on the Medical team with L&E has allowed her to continue working for the company she loves and gain more experience in the medical and marketing worlds. Danielle is a Colorado Native who loves to explore her home state whenever she can. When the weather is nice, Danielle loves to paddleboard, hike, and attend live music events. During the Winter, you can find her snuggled up on the couch reading a book or having a rom-com movie marathon.

Brittany Ballog

Brittany has a degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University with a minor in Health Promotion. She completed her Emergency Medical Technician program at Loyola University. Her experiences ranges from working in an urgent care to providing care on the ambulance. Brittany also has experience in physical therapy and rehabilitation.

From 2010 to 2023 Matt was a manager in retail, building relationships with customers and employees. He has led the country in sales goals and constantly promoted the employees around him. From 2013 to 2019 Matt and his team won regional team awards to national best team awards. Prior to 2010 Matt sold gas and electric supply to customers at their homes.

Becky Goffe

Becky has a background in Project Management and Psychology. She loves the cross-over between project management and healthcare because it fulfills her need to serve others while allowing her to play with spreadsheets.

Jessica Caldwell

Jessica’s passion for market research began back in 2015 when she was recruited for a study here at L&E Research. She loved the experience so much that she knew she wanted to serve a larger role with the company. It wasn’t long before she began working her way to becoming a full-time leader on our Medical Operations Management Team. Jessica enjoys the constant change in projects and people as well as bringing our clients exactly what they need to execute a successful project!

Sandi Kozar

L&E Health Community Liaison

Sandi has been working with L&E Research since January of 2012. She started as a Medical Recruiter and was promoted in January 2023 as Medical Market Research Community Liaison. Sandi is originally from Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Home of the very first banana split, Arnie Palmer, The Pittsburgh Steelers Training Camp and Mr. Rogers. She now lives in Rolesville, North Carolina.

Toni Pierce

Toni has been working in the medical industry since 2000, and in medical market research since 2021. She loves the logistics behind the research and strives to deliver a successful project each and every time. Toni is married to her best friend and a mom of two who keep her fullfilled. Kristie Martin

Kristie has been with L&E since spring of 2017. She has held various roles within the company from recruiting, programming, and project management. Kristie has a passion for market research and ensuring each project is as successful as it possibly can be. She uses her skills obtained in her previous roles to thoroughly and logically execute each of her projects. Kristie is a Charlotte area native who married her Air Force Veteran husband in 2013. Kristie has two children, a son and a daughter, as well as a dog named Bear. In her free time, she enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, camping at various campgrounds with her family, going to all of her kids’ activities and crafting.

Chanette is a medical project manager at L&E Research. She has worked in consumer marketing and the marketing research industry since 2013 and is always eager to embrace new opportunities, experiences and challenges. Contributing to the exciting technological advances that happen every day at L&E. Chanette also graduated from Ashford University in 2019 with a master’s degree in marketing.

Joy Cupstid

Health Research Project Manager

Joy joined L&E Research in 2017 and has since had many roles within the company including, Lead Trainer and Assistant Operations Manager of Recruitment, Consumer Project Manager and her current role as a Medical Project Manager. Throughout the years, Joy has gained extensive knowledge in the industry and is capable of executing small and large complex projects, skillfully and proficiently while ensuring the utmost client satisfaction. Joy received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration while also excelling as a student-athlete during her college years. She resides in North Carolina with her husband, two boys and one dog, which she adores. On weekends, you can find her on a ball field, exercising or just relaxing while watching a basketball or baseball game on TV.

Susan Bayer

National Health Account Executive

After work in developing, marketing and leading youth programs, Susan transitioned to market research in 2019. Prior, she was an educator and completed her master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of North Florida. Susan’s experience in market research includes being a recruiter, client services rep, project/account manager, and national medical account executive. She holds the Qualitative Market Research course certification from UGA Center for Continuing Education & Hotel. Susan enjoys running and CrossFit and has completed many races, from 5Ks to full marathons. She enjoys quiet days on her porch swing with a cup of coffee and a good book, or sitting with her feet in the sand at the beach. In the fall, you can find Susan cheering on her two favorite teams – the Florida State Seminoles and the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Marie Ortloff

Health Operations Director

Marie has been working in the market research industry since 2015, and specifically within the medical division since 2018. Prior to making the move to market research, Marie worked with special needs individuals for 15 years.

Gabrielle Marcum

Project Manager

Gabrielle graduated from the University of Cincinnati in Spring of 2022. She has been with L&E Research since August 2022. She is very passionate about building strong relationships with those she works with and going above and beyond to provide the best outcomes on her projects. She has always loved problem-solving and her attention to detail is extremely helpful in the world of market research. She thoroughly enjoys the variety of topics she gets to encounter while working with L&E! Gabrielle has a deep love for animals and was lucky enough to adopt her two cats, Juice and Pretzel, and her dog Charley Chip. She has always enjoyed being outside, whether she is hiking, running, biking, or just taking a walk. Gabrielle loves watching new TV shows and movies, although she still always likes a good book every once in a while.

Nancy Lopez

Nancy has been in customer-facing roles in various industries since 2013, including medical device companies and state agencies. Nancy has been working in market research since 2020 and recently became PME certified. Nancy enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, whether it’s boating during hot Texas summers or watching her sons play sports.

Tiffany Gartin

Project Manager

Tiffany started out her career in the business development Industry. She also owned and operated a daycare/after-school care business for more than 10 years. Tiffany has been working in the market research industry since 2018. She has held several positions at L&E Research and is currently a Project Manager. Tiffany gets profound joy and fulfillment when she can help others to implement the vision and plan that they have for their project.

Emily Cattell

Senior Project Manager

Emily has been working in the market research industry since 1990 when she started doing data entry and interviews at a local theme park. After graduating from Florida State University, she helped her mother open a field service in Orlando, from building a database to picking out tile to managing the business. She took some time off to spend with her kids during which she ran a successful home bakery. She recently returned to market research and is a Project Manager with L&E.

Sheila Danhoff

Consumer Operations Director

Sheila began her career working in the field of music as a Creative Arts Director for a church. She worked in this position for 18 years before she changed careers to work in Market Research. Sheila has been in Market Research since 2015 and currently works as an Account Manager. Sheila has a love for the arts. She and her family love to attend musical theater.

Jaimee Docherty

Project Manager

Jaimee has been working in the market research industry since 2017. Prior to market research, Jaimee has worked in the field of social work, psychology, and counseling in many different roles. These roles include social worker, counselor, school counselor, adoption social worker, court petitioner, and various supervisory positions – she has a great passion for helping others.

Denise Chiu

Senior Project Manager

Denise graduated from Rider University with a B.S. in both Management and Organizational Behaviors and Computer Information Systems. She was in the finance/banking industry for over 10 years prior to joining L&E Research in 2020.

Cyndi White

Senior Project Manager

Cyndi, a psychology and sociology major, taught at an alternative school before pursuing graduate studies in Columbus, OH. She quickly rose from part-time recruiter to Recruiting Manager at AIM Columbus, overseeing a team of 20+. After L&E Research acquired the Columbus office, Cyndi took on the role of Facility Services Manager, handling on-site projects and client interactions. She later moved to South Carolina and now serves as a Senior Project Manager at L&E. Cyndi’s gardening passion thrives with the extended season.

Kelly Thompson

Account Manager

Kelly is an experienced marketing research professional, providing management and marketing consulting covering a wide range of topics since 1996. Prior to joining L&E Research, she started her career in the industry as a recruiter and has advanced in the industry working as a Project Manager, Director of Recruiting and Facility management. All with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Molly Samuels

Consumer Operations Director

Molly has been working in the market research industry since 2016, but has been involved in the marketing field since 2009 – starting as a Marketing Intern. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Advertising and minor in Communications and has her PMEC certification.

Dawn Eagleson

Project Manager

Dawn earned her BBA with a focus in Marketing and International Business from the University of Georgia. She began her career in Chicago as a Marketing Assistant for a manufacturing company and also worked in advertising, product management and sales. She has earned certificates in direct and digital marketing and uses her management skills to help clients in her role with L&E Research. Dawn brings over 20 years of professional and volunteer experience to her job as Project Manager at L&E.

Jackie Martinez

Jackie has been working in market research since 2018 and is an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager, proficient in overseeing the entire life cycle of all projects assigned, serving as a single point of accountability for project deliverables. She’s also able to manage multiple projects at the same time through her effective multitasking abilities, outstanding problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Sarah Caldwell

Sarah has been with L&E Research since 2019 when she started as a part-time recruiter. She has worked her way up to Trainer, then PTAA, up to Project Manager. She has over 20 years experience in customer service ranging from restaurants and retail to the hospitality industry, and enjoys communicating with people. Prior to her start in market research, she was a Surgical Scheduler and Physicians Office Liaison at an outpatient surgery center for 7 years.

Traci spent the first part of her career in consumer marketing, working with large corporations and consumer packaged goods. She moved to market research in 2018 and feels it gives her an entirely different view on the development of products and services.

Tara Gamble

Senior Project Manager

Tara has been a Project Manager in market research since 2011. She has held her current position with L&E Research since 2020. Her background in the travel industry laid the foundation for a deep understanding of client satisfaction. She keeps clients updated daily and ensures a seamless project from start to finish. Client satisfaction is a huge priority for her.

Lindsay Haneline

Consumer Operations Director

Lindsay has been working in the market research industry since 2013. She started at L&E Research as a recruiter. During her tenure she has worked in the office, project management, and now leads a team of project managers as Project Director. Previously, Lindsay was a foster care/adoption social worker. In that role she was also a certified instructor in NC to train and license foster parents. She graduated with a BA in Therapeutic Recreation from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

April Leonard

Vice President of L&E Health

April joined L&E in 2015. Prior to L&E, April practiced as a registered nurse for 12 years in multiple hospital-based specialties. April’s clinical experience, coupled with her market research industry knowledge, has led her to oversee L&E Research’s Medical Operations Team which leverages healthcare subject matter expertise to provide clients with project planning consultative services, along with project management throughout recruitment and project execution.

Sara McEntyre

Vice President of Corporate Operations

ara has been working in the market research industry since joining L&E in 2010. Sara’s certification in Project Management from NC State University and The Lewis Institute of Project Management allowed her to seamlessly apply her discipline and expertise to market research operations. Over the years, Sara has served the Project Management team as a Sr. Project Manager, Team Lead, Account Manager, Project Director, and currently as the departments’ Director.

Alex Escobar

Alex graduated from the University of Tampa in 2018 with a Bachelors in marketing. Alex really enjoyed his Market Research class and decided to pursue a career in it. He started with Product Insights in 2019 working in all of the sectors of Market Research, but really enjoying the data. Moving over to L&E, he has had a chance to focus more on the data and truly become a subject matter expert. Alex has a passion for data and how the consumer thinks!

Kris Powers

Product Insights Account Manager and Research Designer

Kris has over 20 years’ experience working for a Research & Design Consultancy specializing in Market Research in the Orlando area. During her career, she’s had the opportunity to handle both qualitative and quantitative studies and has been responsible for all steps of the research process from bidding to final billing, including project management, research, screener and questionnaire design, programming, recruiting, executing research, and much more.

Mary Hayes

Product Insights Manager

Mary has been working in market research since 2020. She ran the L&E market research facility in Austin, Texas, before trying her hand at everything from recruiting participants for studies, to screener programming, and then into marketing. She served as a project manager for a market research consulting firm before becoming Strategic Partnership Executive at L&E. Her success in market research is due in part to her penchant for client relations and impeccable organizational skills.

Becky Parham

Client Services Manager – Raleigh

With over 25 years of experience as a middle school science teacher in Greensboro, NC, Becky has dedicated her career to education and community development. After a rewarding tenure in the classroom, Becky transitioned to a new chapter, moving back to Raleigh to explore fresh challenges. Becky began working in the corporate sector as a Customer Service Representative while working as a substitute teacher. Soon she became the Raleigh CSA and then moved to the full-time position of CSM.

Simon Nakatani

Virtual Facility & Facilities AV Manager

Simon has been in management for the past 15 years, with an emphasis in market research for five years and counting. In 2022, Simon embarked on a new chapter of his life by settling into a new house. Since then, he has found fulfillment in engaging himself in various DIY home improvement projects, with a particular focus on gardening and landscaping. Simon cherishes the moments he spends with his loved ones, enjoying the company of his family and friends.

Fara Laura Faz

Client Services Manager – New York

Fara has been working in the market research Industry since 2007 and joined L&E Research three years ago in 2020. She is a very committed, hard worker, who takes her position very seriously, and enjoys her work. Client satisfaction is never enough, as she wants to make sure all clients leave happy and keep coming back. With 13 years of recruiting experience and 10 years as an event planner, she is highly familiar with executing projects from start to finish. Fara is a mother of three children and a proud grandmother of three. Being a mom and grandma is her most important role. Fara enjoys crafting, painting, going to the beach, watching movies, and traveling across the US. Her passion is photography, as she believes that capturing every moment helps preserve memories for the future.

Beginning in 1980 while he was in high school, Brent was as a professional actor on stage and in commercials. Over time he added director, designer, and administrator with various theatre companies, touring companies, and performance groups across the United States to his resume. In 2011, he moved into the retail commercial sector to find a better work/life balance first with BBW, Broad Street Food Pantry, and beginning in 2017 Out of the Closet.

Joseph Brinson

Client Services Manager – Charlotte

Joseph has been working in the market research industry since 2019. Previously, he worked in the financial technology industry for 20 years. He has a B.S degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Joseph is a book collector, reader, writer, and pacifist. He has about a thousand books in his library. He also loves to travel, especially to Europe. Joseph also enjoys spending time with family and his schnoodle Jagger.

Josh Bradley

Facilities AV & Zoom Technical Manager

Josh has been in the market research industry since 2007, starting out as a Phone Recruiter and moving to a team lead to work on special projects to ensure tough recruits were successful. With this experience under his belt he moved into the IT department, programming electronic screeners for email surveys and phone screenings. Josh was instrumental in the setup of our virtual research and our AV department to ensure that the best quality research is always delivered to our clients. An avid music fan, Josh is a blues harmonica player and collects vinyl records. He also has a large DVD and Blu-Ray collection and even still owns a VCR! He is a big Star Trek and horror movie fan, and enjoys attending conventions and discussing these things with other fans. You’ll also find him spending his free time reading or cooking.

David Mize

Director of Facility Operations

Originally an electrical engineering major, David gravitated toward sales and customer support roles in the technical fields. He worked as a product manager for a software manufacturer in the 1980s – ‘90s, which eventually became an IBM company. David later joined a mid-sized computer manufacturer, eventually becoming vice president of operations and customer support. He later joined L&E as a Research Facility Manager in 2016 and was promoted to Director of Site Operations in 2020. Originally from Blacksburg, Virginia, David moved to Ohio in the mid-1970’s for college. While in school, he met his future wife, Bonnie, and eventually settled in central Ohio to raise a family. David and Bonnie have two daughters, two granddaughters and a great-granddaughter. David still has his childhood love of the outdoors, especially hiking.

Jason Reed

Senior National Account Manager

Jason has a very diverse work history, which spans construction, retail, business development, and small business ownership. After joining L&E Research in 2019 as the Denver Facility Manager, Jason moved on to Project Management before landing his sales role as a National Account Executive.

Kyle Pierce

National Account Manager

Kyle is a seasoned client-facing professional. Since 2005, he has excelled in building strong relationships, delivering results, and effectively communicating complex information to teams of highly productive and motivated individuals. Kyle’s greatest strength is his ability to adapt and overcome obstacles as they present themselves while keeping a jovial attitude. Working in the fast-paced world of market research has proven to be a tremendous benefit for those working around him.

Tilton Lee

Senior National Account Manager

Tilton joined the L&E Research team in in February of 2016. Tilton came to L&E with over 24 years of market research experience. During this time, Tilton has worked in various roles. He is currently a National Account Executive in the Sales Department Tilton grew up in Mathews, Virginia. He graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He relocated to Cincinnati in 2000. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family & friends, cooking, watching sports, traveling, attending comedy shows and trying new restaurants.

Jen Jump

Strategic Account Executive

Jen has been working in market research since 2020. She moved from a recruiter into project management within her 18 months and has since taken on an Associate Account Manager role. Jen has a passion for her clients and enjoys working on all the nuances of a project from Bid to Bill.

Scott Johnson

Strategic Account Executive

Since joining L&E Research in 2019, Scott has served in multiple roles contributing and advocating for the highest level of client service each step of the way. Scott began with L&E as a Facility and Client Service Manager and grew into his role as a National Account Executive before serving as the current Strategic Account Executive (SAE). As the SAE, Scott works tirelessly to support the ever changing needs of both new client acquisitions as well several key long standing client relationships. Born and raised in upstate NY, Scott grew up playing competitive sports and enjoyed all the benefits that country-living could bring (even a partyline home phone system – Google it). When not working or entertaining his five kids Scott enjoys listening to country music and watching a variety of St. Louis sports teams as his choice of leisure.

Donna Havens

National Account Executive

Before joining L&E Research in 2018, Donna graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Marketing. Donna is originally from Tallahassee, Florida and has lived in Jacksonville, FL, Las Vegas, NV, Atlanta, GA and Virginia Beach, VA. She has a son and daughter with her husband, James. In her spare time she enjoys watching Florida State games, reading and spending time with her family.

Kelli Hammock

Director of Marketing

Kelli holds a degree in Mass Communication and joined L&E Research in 2019. She has worked in market research since 2005, with operational experience in recruitment, project management, and programming. Kelli currently supports L&E’s Client Solutions team by providing consultation, research design, proposals, and screener development. She manages L&E’s marketing by creating content and designing materials, producing webinars, planning events, and providing guidance for external communications. Kelli was born and raised in the Nashville area before deciding to explore the US by spending some years living in Chicago and Denver, finally landing back in TN. She enjoys good television and bad movies, especially disaster and horror flicks, piecing together a jigsaw puzzle, or playing a complicated board game. She’s obsessed with her two dogs.

Jen Ferrell

National Account Manager

Jen has enjoyed a dynamic career path, including experience in sales and business development, policy and political campaigns, and continuous learning from the market research industry since 2021. One of her first jobs during college was with a full-service focus group firm in Fairfax, VA. She worked in their call center, recruiting participants, alongside a small but dedicated team. Jen also graduated from Elon University in 2001 with a degree in Political Science and Public Administration. Jen is an indoor plant-loving mom to teen girl/boy twins and a boxer dog who all keep her happily busy. She is passionate about volunteering in the community for civic/public service causes like PTA, state & local policy initiatives & campaigns. Jen has a deep appreciation of lifelong learning by listening to all voices of public opinion.

Lisa Celedonia

Consumer Operations Associate

Lisa started her career at L&E Research as a Recruiter in the summer of 2015. She quickly transitioned to Operations and then Sales where she is currently a Client Solutions Associate.

Heidi Garinger

Vice President of Consumer Operations

Heidi has worked in the market research industry since 1999. She has recruited, managed and hosted projects, and managed the daytime call center. Heidi has brought years of experience on the project management/recruiting side to sales to ensure that L&E Research bid on projects we are confident we can recruit. At L&E, Heidi manages our National Account Executives as they build client relationships & bid to win work. She is a liaison between sales, operations, and recruiting. Heidi has been a volunteer at Cat Welfare helping socialize the shy cats there since 2014. Outside of cats, Heidi would describe herself as sporty and nerdy. Wimbledon and March Madness are her favorites. She has also been in the Peloton cult since 2021. Heidi loves anything sci-fi or fantasy and she has a passion for Nintendo, specifically Zelda.

Brett Watkins

CEO

Brett started his market research career in 1994: 10 years he later acquired L&E. Through acquisition and building proprietary technology that runs L&E, we now boast North American recruitment coverage with a panel of nearly 1.5 million consumers, patients, and healthcare professionals for most every type of qual and quant research. Every year, L&E has grown and is now nearly 20x its original size, a testament clients validate with their 99% approval of L&E’s services. Brett enjoys people: growing L&E reflects his joy of working with others and seeing people grow and succeed. Even his favorite activities: golf, wine dinners, music concerts, travel, all enjoy the company of others. One day he wants to get back to playing drums, even finding a rock band where he can be the rhythm that drives the success!

Belinda Watkins

Director of Software Development

My hometown is Painesville, OH but I’ve been a North Carolinian (that’s known as a Tarheel in these parts) for over 20 years and call it my home. I’m a software engineer, I love solving problems and helping others make their lives easier…so I get a lot of satisfaction from spending my time making L&E’s technology better. And trust me…when people find out what software can do for them…they never run out of ideas! When I am not working, I am spending time with my family and friends. I especially love hanging out at the lake or the beach… anywhere there’s water and sun.

Tracy Isacco

President

Tracy is an accomplished professional with a diverse background encompassing service as an Army officer and in the market research industry. After graduating from JMU, Tracy served as an officer in Korea and Fort Bragg, then transitioned into market research. Tracy has played a pivotal role in the growth of L&E Research since 2013, using her ability to integrate new tools and approaches that have further enhanced its ability to provide clients with unique insights and actionable recommendations. Tracy is an adventurous individual with a passion for exploring the world, indulging in culinary delights, immersing herself in nature through hiking, and cherishing every opportunity for water activities. Alongside these passions, Tracy finds immeasurable fulfillment in being a loving and dedicated parent to her three wonderful children
