With a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Operations from the University of South Florida and over 15 years of customer service experience in various industries, Portia is committed to delivering top-notch service with every project that comes her way.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, hiking, traveling, cooking, supporting her favorite teams (Go Blue, Go Bulls, Go Gators) and reading.
