From 2010 to 2023 Matt was a manager in retail, building relationships with customers and employees. He has led the country in sales goals and constantly promoted the employees around him. From 2013 to 2019 Matt and his team won regional team awards to national best team awards. Prior to 2010 Matt sold gas and electric supply to customers at their homes.
Matt enjoys spending time with his family at sporting events like basketball, soccer and lacrosse. He has coached CYO basketball since 2012 and is VIRTUS certified. Matt likes to spend time at the lake in the summer and also enjoys the greens on the golf course.
