Joy joined L&E Research in 2017 and has since had many roles within the company including, Lead Trainer and Assistant Operations Manager of Recruitment, Consumer Project Manager and her current role as a Medical Project Manager. Throughout the years, Joy has gained extensive knowledge in the industry and is capable of executing small and large complex projects, skillfully and proficiently while ensuring the utmost client satisfaction. Joy received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration while also excelling as a student-athlete during her college years. She resides in North Carolina with her husband, two boys and one dog, which she adores. On weekends, you can find her on a ball field, exercising or just relaxing while watching a basketball or baseball game on TV.Insights About Me
